Our gas boiler service ensures that your boiler is safe and is working at top efficiency all year round. We pride ourselves on our thorough level of servicing and our checks will be able to spot any problems that you may be at risk of before they become more serious. During your boiler service, if it appears your boiler is at risk of breaking down we’ll advise you on the best solution.
Homeowners will receive a service certificate via email following the boiler service. Landlords will receive a full landlord’s certificate following the landlord’s safety check/service.

Boiler servicing is one of those things that’s often overlooked and too many people don’t have their boilers checked on a regular basis. Whether you’re busy and keep forgetting to book your service, or you’re not convinced it’s that important, here are some reasons why you might need to give us a call…
You can catch boiler problems early
It’s easy to forget that you don’t only use your boiler during winter. You use hot water everyday, so everyday your boiler could be running into issues which come to light as soon as the winter heavy use comes around. Having your boiler serviced annually means that we can identify any problems with your boiler and address them before they do any major (and costly!) damage. Problems with your boiler, no matter how small they may be, will only get worse the longer you ignore them.
It’s cheaper than replacing your boiler
Chances are, servicing your boiler costs less than you think, and it definitely costs less than replacing your boiler entirely. Regular checks and maintenance will keep your boiler running properly, and because any issues will be dealt with right away, your boiler will be less likely to break down later on. A healthy and well maintained boiler will last a lot longer than a boiler which is never serviced, therefore saving you money on buying a new boiler.
Safety
Approximately 4000 people have to attend A&E each year with carbon monoxide poisoning, and because the symptoms (headaches, dizziness, nausea, breathlessness, collapsing and loss of consciousness) can easily be assumed to be due to other common illnesses, it’s crucial that you have your boiler checked on a regular basis, keeping you and your family safe.
Warranty
If your boiler is still under the Manufacturer’s guarantee, this will only apply if you have your boiler serviced annually. If you haven’t serviced it for more than 12 months and the boiler breaks down you won’t be covered for the repair!
Landlords, it’s the law!
If you are a landlord, you are required by law to have annual gas safety checks carried out on all gas appliances in your properties. Your tennant’s safety, is your responsibility.
