We needed a new shower unit to replace our broken one. So, we contacted Ryan, who provided us with a fantastic service. Nothing was a problem, he was quick and very helpful. Ryan gave us advice on the best options that were available but within a good price range. During the fitting he took the time to explain what he was doing and why. We used Ryan for a recent boiler change as ours broke down.
He was able to do the job very quickly and efficiently as it was a bit of an emergency and fitted us in almost straight away.

Ryan was absolutely brilliant when our boiler unfortunately broke earlier this year and we needed a new boiler. He was able to come out to us in a matter of hours which we greatly appreciated when we were without hot water and heating in March. From start to finish, Ryan went above and beyond to help us and get our heating and hot water back as soon as possible. Ryan gave us really helpful advice on what new boiler would be best to suit our needs and kept us updated throughout when there was a slight delay with the boiler delivery. Really pleased with the level of service offered by Ryan. The work itself is to a really high standard, but also having someone you can rely on who knows their stuff gives me peace of mind. Particularly while renovating an old property and there challenges to overcome you need someone who can adapt which I have definitely tested 😅

I recently had a boiler that needed fixing/replacing. Ryan came to look at it at short notice and gave clear, honest advice on what was needed. As suspected, due to the age of the boiler (20 years old), it needed replacing. After giving a fair price, Ryan was able to fit a new one a couple of days later.
The standard of workmanship was very high. You can tell he takes pride in his work. He was thoughtful and respectful of my home, and I feel went the extra mile.
What also added was his professionalism and communication. He kept in touch when to expect him and arrived on time, which I respect.

An amazing plumber who is extremely professional. Every job that Ryan has done for my family and myself has been to the highest standard. An old pipe (not installed by Ryan) exploded after a refurbishment on my home. In my eyes it was the end of the world. However, Ryan was there as calm and professional as ever to fix the problem.
