Priority customer plan
As a priority plan customer, you will receive an Annual boiler service which includes a full strip down and seals service every other year. This level of servicing will significantly increase the lifespan of your boiler & reduce the risk of inconvenient break downs. We will also reschedule your service to the summer period so if there’s any underlying problems, they will come to light before the heavy winter use.
You will receive a certificate via email of your service record with any engineer recommendations every year.
Landlords will receive the Landlord’s gas safety certificate as part of the plan.

Benefits of becoming a priority plan customer’

A priority telephone line that is answered 24 / 7.
In the event of an emergency, you will have access to a priority telephone number which will be answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year which gives you peace of mind. -
Unlimited callouts with no emergency callout charges.
There’s no cap on how many times a year you can call us out in the event of a plumbing emergency and you won’t have to deal with emergency callout rates. -
Guaranteed attendance within 24 hours.
This is the absolute maximum time we guarantee you’ll have to wait although the response time will usually be a lot quicker . -
Priority plan customers also benefit from a 25% discount on all future plumbing work.
As a priority plan customer, any plumbing work or boiler repair work will be discounted 25% on labour for the duration of your contract. This will be capped at a £500 limit (labour), so for example a large job like a bathroom refurbishment wouldn’t qualify for the 25% discount, but adding / changing radiators , replacing taps and most other small maintenance / repair jobs would.

8.50 per month
This will be automatically collected every month via direct debit
As a homeowner, the price is £8.50 per month (following a home visit to determine the age / condition of the boiler)
As a landlord, a small surcharge will be applicable of £2.00 per month (following a home visit to determine the age / condition of the boiler)
