Ryan was absolutely brilliant when our boiler unfortunately broke earlier this year and we needed a new boiler. He was able to come out to us in a matter of hours which we greatly appreciated when we were without hot water and heating in March. From start to finish, Ryan went above and beyond to help us and get our heating and hot water back as soon as possible. Ryan gave us really helpful advice on what new boiler would be best to suit our needs and kept us updated throughout when there was a slight delay with the boiler delivery. I recently had a boiler that needed fixing/replacing. Ryan came to look at it at short notice and gave clear, honest advice on what was needed. As suspected, due to the age of the boiler (20 years old), it needed replacing. After giving a fair price, Ryan was able to fit a new one a couple of days later.
The standard of workmanship was very high. You can tell he takes pride in his work. He was thoughtful and respectful of my home, and I feel went the extra mile.
